Line Cook (Kitchen Wizard)
- At least 6 mos. - 1 year in a cooking position in a restaurant environment
* Must be able to perform all aspects of the position.
* Must have weekend and closing shift availability.
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced workplace.
* Ability to work well as a team and follow direction.
* Attention to cleanliness and hygienic practices is vital.
* Must have own reliable transportation.
* Must be over the age of 18.
* Hired candidates must obtain SafeStaff Food Handler Certification.
* Prepare food items to appropriate temperatures and specifications
* Clean and maintain station by exercising good safety and sanitation
* Operate kitchen equipment, such as a fryer or grill
* Clean and assist with dishes during prep and high-traffic hours
* Cook and plate dishes to standard
* Perform regular deep cleaning tasks
* Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, and lift up to 80 lbs.
